Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription-based or paid Services offered by OkRated to Businesses registered in India.

1. Refund of Fees

OkRated will give a refund on pro rata basis, in case it terminates its services. This excludes when the agreement has been terminated by OkRated due to unethical practices by the client. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method, minus applicable statutory charges or transaction fees.

2. No Additional Charges

Refunds exclude taxes, transaction fees, or statutory charges that OkRated is obligated to pay.

3. Grievance Redressal

Unresolved issues may be escalated to the appropriate consumer disputes redressal commission.
